Among its many uses, beeswax can eliminate friction noise between leather and metal, particularly at the watch lug area or on buckles. The wax can be applied with a swab, pegwood stick, or directly from its applicator. Beeswax can used to temporarily hold small parts together, as a light adhesive, when assembling delicate mechanisms. This natural wax can also be liquified at approximately 65°C, then cooled, many times.
