Great economical tool. Just keep winding emery paper around the split mandrel as needed. Used by many jewelers to smooth the inside of rings. Shank is 3/32" to fit in most hand pieces and is 2 1/4" long. Is a tapered style mandrel. Sold in pack of one piece.
