The Quasar Lighting System is designed specifically for use with the OptiVISOR® and OptiVISOR® LX binocular head mounted magnifiers (sold separately). This is the best lighting system on the market designed to custom fit the Optivisor. The lights simply snaps over the OptiVISOR® lens plate, it uses a small battery pack to remain lightweight and doesn't get in the way of other attachments like the OptiLoupe. Employing the latest in LED technology, Quasar lighting surrounds each lens with ultra-bright beams of white light which distributes the light evenly to reduce shadows and increase visibility. This makes it especially good for viewing in holes and deep cavities. The super-efficient LED's require little power, so the batteries will last a long time. Includes two Energizer® AA batteries, mounting strap, mounting pins and battery compartment. Works with OptiLOUPE®, an optional attachment loupe sold separately. Installs in less than a minute.
