The centrifugal casting machine crucibles are made of fused silica with a clay bond. They will last through many casting melts. The grooves in the bottom of the crucible were made to fit the Pro Craft jewelry centrifugal casting machine. Suggested melting temperature to be no greater then 2500°F (1371°C).
