Horotec tool for shortening watch winding stem. Lever with ergonomic handle and return spring. Micrometric screw graduated to 1/10mm for precise setting of cut length. Blocking screw to keep the length during cutting in serial production. An extra ruler is etched on the base from 0-15mm. Use for tap sizes: 9, 10, or 12 (0.9, 1.0, 1.2mm).
