Each crown includes a threaded case tube that frictions into the case. This kit includes 4 pieces white and 4 pieces yellow of the 4 most popular sizes 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 5.3mm and 6.0mm. Refills available. Please re-order by millimeter size, color and refill number.
