For cleaning, polishing and finishing these Bright Boy series #888 are made from natural rubber with graded pumice grain evenly distributed to assure uniform results. The light action produces a smooth finish on soft metals. Bright Boy series 888 are 5/8" inches in diameter and all holes are 1⁄16" inches. Kit comes with ten polishing wheels and mandrel. Use with a maximum speed of 25,000 RPM with an overhang (exposed mandrel length) of 1/2" inch or less. Best work results are usually obtained at 30% to 80% of the maximum safe speed. Use a light work pressure. Square edge is slightly rounded, edge does not come to sharp corner like similar wheels may.
